There was an emergeny, i have to send a blood sample of my pet to Delhi. Vet asked me to find a thermocal box ASAp. when i google i found whitecool insulation . i was in a confusion to call them as they are manufactures and if they will give me a single box. Finally i dint have anyother choice, and called them, Mr. Muthu Kumar picked up the call. i explained my need and situation, he said the company is far from my area and i can get the box near by my area and he gave the address and he guided me with the route. There are very few manufactures who will help. when they hear one piece is what i wanted to buy, they will say we supply in bulk and hang the phone.
